Dear Prayer Warrior Partners,
Rev. Katie L. Dargan, Founder/President of Prayer Warrior Partnership Ministries, better known as PWPM, gives notice that Prayer Warrior Partnership Ministries is no longer chartered by the State of Illinois as a Not for Profit Corporation.
Rev. Katie is happy to announce that Prayer Warrior Partnership Ministries (PWPM) Organization is now a subsidiary of Path of Life Church, Inc and will continue to function as a Community Service Outreach Prayer Ministry.
PWPM will continue to maintain all of its ministry functions, such as its Prayer Breakfasts, Internet Prayer & Website, and yearly Prayer Conferences.
PWPM'S next Prayer Breakfast will be Saturday, November 18, 2017.
9:00 A.M. - 12:00 N. All are welcome.
PWPM is a outreach community service organization and is open to everyone. You do not have to be a member of Path of Life Church to participate in Prayer Warrior Partnership Ministries.

PWPM'S Board of Directors Authority, Duties and Responsibities
PWPM By-Laws - ARTICLE IV Sections 5 & 14
Section 5. Duties and Responsibilities of The Board: The Board of Directors shall be for the purpose of advising, supporting and assisting the President in carrying out all spiritual and temporal mandates of the Ministry. They shall have only those duties, rights and responsibilities assigned to them by these By-Laws and the Articles of Incorporation of this corporation. These responsibilities are for the members to . . .
a) Pray for the Ministry;
b) Assist the President when called upon to do so;
c) Offer counsel and advice to the President;
d) Support the President in determining God’s intermediate and long-range goals for the Ministry;
e) Review and approve the annual budget, which shall constitute approval of all budgeted items, including all compensation packages;
f) Perform disciplinary functions as specified under the Articles of Membership of the Ministry;
g) Strive to maintain at all times the vision of the Ministry under the leadership of the President as under-shepherds, working to maintain an attitude of hearty cooperation and unity of fellowship; and
h) Perform other tasks and duties as may be assigned by these By-Laws, the Articles of Incorporation, and from time to time, by the President.
