​For almost two years, I called those whom I prayed with over the internet, my Prayer Warrior Partners (PWP), and it never dawned on me that what we were doing was a ministry until, PWP's Patriarch John Githiga & Archbishop Doyle Volentine referred to it as a ministry in emails that they sent to me. The Holy Spirit used their emails to prick my heart. As I thought about their reference to it as a ministry, a light bubble suddenly came on and I said to myself, “Hmm, this really is a ministry,” and the Holy Spirit said, "Yes, indeed, Katie, it is a ministry, and from now on, add the word “ministry” to the title, "Prayer Warrior Partners."  There and then, Prayer Warrior Partners (PWP) became Prayer Warrior Partners Ministry (PWPM).

But, that was not the end.  The Lord, yet, had even a greater plan for the name.  Shortly after, I asked PWP Pastor Michael O. Afolayan, PhD to edit something that I wanted to post on the website and when he returned to me the edited version, I noted that He had added "ship" to the word partners in the name, and, called it "Prayer Warrior Partnership Ministries."  Then the Holy Spirit said to me, "Katie, all of the prayer warriors are in a partnership and the name shall be "Prayer Warrior Partnership Ministries" (PWPM). 

I have learned that it is not about me, but, it is about the Holy Spirit helping those prayer warriors to work together in order to make this ministry what God wants it to be.

I thank God Almighty for using PWP's Patriarch John Githiga, Archbishop Doyle Volentine and Pastor Michael O. Afolayan in such a mighty way to help lay the foundation for the name of this ministry.
 
Let us continue to allow God to use each of us to develop and grow His Ministry.
